East Boca – Kitchen Help – Thursday Afternoon (Dinner Prep)

Help prepare meals for our Friday Night Dinner program, serving clients in the Lake Worth community.

During this shift, volunteers may assist with:

• Basic food prep (cutting, chopping, portioning)
• Cooking support under the direction of our Kitchen Lead
• Cleaning dishes, pots, and kitchen areas
• Helping ensure the kitchen is clean and organized at the end of the shift

This is a hands-on kitchen role that directly supports meal service for families in need.

Requirements:

• Must be 16 years or older
• Must be comfortable working in a team environment
• Basic kitchen skills are helpful (no advanced experience required)

Attire:

• Closed-toe shoes (sneakers required – no Crocs or slip-ins)
• Shirts with sleeves (no tank tops or crop tops)
• Shorts (mid-thigh or longer) or pants
• Hair must be covered (baseball cap or hair net; hairnets provided)
• Gloves will be provided
